Frenchtown Road Conservation Area Hike Cancelled

Due to high water we are unable to hike the trails.  Amite River will reach flood stage today.  Heavy rain in LA and MS north of ends up in the Amite River.  Hike will be rescheduled at a later date.

Hike Frenchtown Rd Conservation Area

Enjoy a little bit of wilderness in East Baton Rouge Parish!  Come and hike near the convergence of the Comite and Amite Rivers.

Saturday, February 22  
1 pm - 3 pm

A two mile easy, relaxed hike.  Some parts of the trail can be muddy.
